sports dictionary Football - INFIRMARY
Football INFIRMARY team players who are injured and cant help their team for a certain amount of time. Any player of the team can enter the infirmary, be it a striker, defender or goalkeeper. If a very important player is eliminated, the team is forced to rebuild its game. Some teams have a problem with an overcrowded infirmary. Because of this, they can not find the optimal composition and are constantly forced to change their game tactics. Often because of this, they lose in the quality of the game. For some players, staying in the infirmary is common, as they are easily injured. Others can spend the entire season without injury. Most often, players who have to fight a lot of power struggle on the field, as well as attacking players, against whom defenders often foul, get into the infirmary.
