Restaurant sports PULYARKA (French poularde). Used in Western Europe and in Russian pre-revolutionary cooking, the name of specially fattened meat chickens corresponding to capons (roosters). Pullets are much more fast-cooked than ordinary chickens, more fleshy. Today they exist under the name "chickens for quick frying", and imported ones are marked "pulyard" on the packaging (for example, Hungarian and Dutch pulyarki).
