sports dictionary Baseball - FRAME
Baseball FRAME part of an inning in which one team attacks and the other defends. An inning consists of two frames. This allows both teams to play as defenders and forwards the same number of times per game. The frame ends as soon as the defending side has managed to knock three attackers out of the game. If it fails to do so, the attacking side can score an unlimited number of points. But this is only in theory. Teams switch roles as soon as 3 attackers are eliminated (get out). Defenders stand on the field as a whole team (9 people), taking positions according to the rules. From the offensive side, only one player starts the game, whose goal is to hit the ball after the pitchers pitch and run three bases, returning " home”.
